A: Absolutely! We offer full custom design services tailored to your specific dimensions, ceiling height, and chosen theme at no extra cost. Our 3D design team will visualize the concept so you can approve every detail before manufacturing begins.

Q: How do you ensure the safety of your indoor playground equipment?

A: Safety is our top priority, and all of our equipment is built using non-toxic, commercial-grade materials. Our designs strictly comply with global safety standards, including ASTM and EN regulations. Additionally, we conduct rigorous testing and inspection during the onsite installation phase.

Q: What does your installation process look like, and is it difficult to manage?

A: We provide a seamless, start-to-finish experience, managing every detail from the initial design through final installation. Our professionally trained installation team will arrive directly at your venue to safely and efficiently assemble your entire playground structure. Please note that the playground components must be unloaded prior to our installation team’s arrival.

Q: What kind of payment terms and financing options do you offer?

A: A 50% deposit is required to initiate production of your custom playground. The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks prior to the scheduled shipment date.

Q: What does your equipment warranty cover and for how long?

A: We proudly offer a comprehensive, industry-leading 18-month warranty on our playground equipment. This warranty provides coverage against manufacturing defects, giving you added confidence and peace of mind in your investment.
